Cuando mi esposo y yo vimos por primera véz el  comercial de John Beck nos llamo mucho la atencion el ver como las personas podian comprar casas tan baratas y venderlas por mucho más dinero y asi aumentar sus ingresos y mejorar su situacion economica. Mi esposo llamo y pidio los cds que estaban vendiendo para haci poder aprender más del negocio. Un dia lo llamo un senor llamado Erick (estudiante de Salvador Aguilar) para hacerle preguntas hacerca del programa y luego lo paso con otra persona llamado Arturo Zepeda (asistente de  Salvador Aguilar). Luego mi esposo hablo con el senor Salvador Aguilar el cual le explico supuestamente todo hacerca del programa, y le prometio cosas que no cumplio.
Ese senor Salvador Aguilar le dio unos numeros de telefonos para que cuando mi esposo o yo tuvieramos alguna duda o pregunta hacerca del programa lo llamaramos y pudieramos hablar con el en cualquier momento, pero siempre que tratabamos de hablar con el nunca lo conseguiamos y tampoco nos contestaba las llamadas o los mensajes que se le dejaban. Eso nos desagrado mucho y nos quito las ganas y los animos de seguir con el programa. Paso un tiempo y nos hablo un senor llamado Pad Cruz para darnos un advising session y
se disculpo por esa persona y nos dijo que siguieramos con el programa. Luego nos asignaron un coach llamado Roberto Medina que era buen coach. El nos dijo otras cosas del programa que tampoco nos habian dicho o explicado y eso nos desiluciono más de lo que estabamos y dejamos de tomar las sesiones por un tiempo. Luego unas cuantas semanas despues nos volvieron a llamar y hiceron arreglos con nosotros para comenzar todo desde el principio y tratar de ayudarnos. Esa segunda vez nos asignaron un coach llamado Edwin Blackhurst el cual es muy buen coach y nos a explicado con mucho mas detalles el programa y cada vez que tenemos alguna duda y le preguntamos el nos ayuda y nos contesta nuestras preguntas. Nosotros esperamos poder terminar el programa y lograr nuestra meta de aprender todo sobre la compra y venta de propiedades y con ello logrsr mejorar o aumentar nuestro presupuesto o ingresos economios.

Edwin was terrific! I have now finished my last training session and feel much more confident than when I embarked on this journey. Edwin's advice and! My determination to make this work has proven to be a great asset to my arsenal of money making tools. In fact, doing this full time is a much easier decision than anything I have ever done. I have already purchased two properties since the beginning of my training and am on track to make a profit of over 10k! That's more than I have made in two months with my previous J.O.B.! Edwin was a great coach. He was strait to the point and did not waste time at all. Sometimes he was a little to fast when teaching, but if I interrupted and asked a question he stopped and made it clear. He also reassured me of how I would be fine in the program as long as I worked hard.

I am a new client to John Beck and in a new area for me, Real Estate.  My 41 years in Corporate America in Supply Chain is very different from arena.  What is not different is management, training and leadership.  In my brief relationship I have found is disappointing and would not have made it in my world. 

To be specific the intro packing list does not contain 10 items some of the items listed are consolidated.  Upon calling customer service; no answer, long hold; then that is the way we do it.

I have invested in the program for coaching and the vault.  The homework assignments from my coach are busy work.  After one assignment I am told ""put that aside we will not do that again I just need to learn that there is an easier way.  Yes I am looking for the yellow brick road but I am looking to make the bricks.  I expect to walk down this path with support that will help me up and answer questions and make my efforts productive.
I called into the help desk and in 30 minutes with Chuck Forbes learned more than two sessions with my coach; I guess that is why he is a supervisor.  The Webinar are more productive than the one on one coaching I am receiving.

I am shocked that there is not a training manual to get the productive quicker.  Having written enough compliance manuals and operational trained you are missing a great tool.  You have knowledge dispersed to many individuals and the Webinar brings this diversity together that coaching for me does not.
The coaches know what states are better than others and what pitfalls are out there.  Why have a client learn by walking into a wall instead show us the door. 

Why not create a list of those states like Utah that are annual and keep new clients away from areas that they are not going to be profitable in, depending on the time of the year.
Rather than telling students Arkansas has a web site, give the student the web site.  You give the Webinar 1 hour and a coach is pressed for far less and can not keep to a schedule and answer the client's questions.  From the outside in sounds like an old fashioned boiler room.

I am not comfortable in attending the three day seminar at this point for fear of expressing my current feelings which may be newness and not part of the program.  At this point I do regret my decision.  You will have to forgive me but as a Service Disabled Veteran suffering with Agent Orange and having to fight with the VA I do not need another waste my most valuable resource time.

I took part (at least listening to) the webinar, though I did not know I had to use both the phone and the computer, and by the time I got into my computer, I was unable to catch up. I have to tell you that I am not very good at this, but here goes.
 
I have really enjoyed talking to Curtis, He has taught me a lot about finding properties and the different web sites to go to get as much information that I can get on properties. I know that I wasn't a good as an student, But he stuck with me. I am hoping to be able to buy me first property in the next month. He has taught me on the steps of screening properties, and how to get the information on contacting the property owner before they go into foreclosure. On our last session we work on how to list properties on eBay, like using key words, getting pictures of the property or getting pictures of the area.
 
I really enjoyed working with Curtis, and would love to work with him again.

This letter is to inform you of my progress. Since the purchase of my Free and Clear Kit I have nothing but appreciation .The skills and techniques that I learned, while doing the course with my couch and all the information that was given to me.  We were able to purchase our first property worth $200,000.00 dollars. What I learned in the course I was able to negotiate a great deal. We purchase the property for only $156,000.00 dollars which $6,000.00 went to closing cost, which means we made $50,000.00, just buying it with a $16,800.00 annual cash flow.  Two months into the course.

We have just negotiated another deal to purchase a second property worth $170,000.00 for the price of $130,000.00. $5,000.00 of that for closing, $5,000.00 for repairs, which means we will make $50,000.00 just buy it. Accrual price $120,000.00 with a $16,800 annual cash flow.

Thank you John Beck for helping me fulfill my financial dreams with all the support from the hot line to the coaching staff and the material, I am able to do great things, with the house we had already and our two purchases we will be able to increase our net worth to over $500,000.00 in three months time.  Starting our own business, providing affordable housing for others, and of course making money. We are looking at life in a whole new way.  My whole family is proud of me and this is just the beginning.

It has been going good for now.  I have a lot of time right now to invest into this program and Edwin was patient and helpful to me.  I'm learning a lot of different things but I'm still worried as I have no job and no money right now.  I will try to use OPM to get this off the ground but I need to know who the ""other people"" will be as I don't know any one with any money right now and I have bad credit.  I'm very excited to get started; however I'm still a little nervous.  Over all I'm satisfied with John Beck and his company.  I just want to make sure everything is legal and I can get some money to start.

If one reads this note you will notice it is directed at Strategic Financial or its sub offices which left me high and dry as well as arguing with me during there one hour late phone call. I however have been corrected for these action by a representative Cindi Thompson who redeemed Strategic since she showed a very punctual and professional nature which again had corrected the second error with Strategic...Please do not interpret this as a complaint against Curtis Johnson.

I am really becoming upset at the serious customer service problems and
Organizational problems I am personally experiencing using Strategic Financial or any of its affiliates. This now will be the second time I am left hanging with no message or cancellation of a scheduled 30 minute session I was suppose to have with a CPA today Aug 14 2008 at loam MT but of course no one called .  My time and money doesn't mean anything to anyone.

This lack of professionalism and responsibility even runs through educated professionals such as a CPA which is in my opinion is a play on ones ethics as a professional. Please forward this message and investigate this problem since it is making very disappointed at the whole notion of joining this

This morning's session, my first one, got me off to a great start and calmed my apprehensions. Wendy was friendly, clear and prompt.... She addressed my fears and concerns... I really don't know where to start.  You have been an awesome teacher.  At first we had no idea of which way was up.  It was a little hard to understand at first, but with your patients and teaching technique we picked it up quickly.  We have learned a lot about the real estate world and what it takes to be successful in this business.

I really like the hotline because if I had a problem at any point all I had to was call the hotline and my questions would get answered, no matter how long it took for me to understand the answer. The webinar program is totally awesome. I really like how they touch base with the teaching of that week. Don't stop the webinar program it is awesome.

Our delay in buying our first property has nothing to with your teaching technique; it has everything to do with our current financial situation.  You have given us the tools and the knowledge to purchase our first property as soon as our current financial situation is improved.  We intend on making this work because we know the success that can be made from this program. Not to mention we have four daughters in college and we have to find some way of making enough money to help them and keep our heads above water.

This program is well worth the money we have invested so far. We have every intention of making this work.  It just might take us a little longer then others.  Please don't give up on us; we have no intention on failing.

Thank You Tyler and John Beck on showing us there is money to be made out there and we do have the ability to succeed. How can we not succeed with the tools and all the information we have received from this program in the past few weeks. Thank You for all that you have done to get us started.
