We have had 2 coaching sessions and participated in 4 Webinars so far. 

The webinars are very insightful and help give us a jump start on what's coming up in our coaching sessions.  Please continue to have the webinars and put them on-line, so we can view them again when necessary.

While doing our research after our first coaching session we felt a little overwhelmed, but Jen got us back on track.  She walked us through the next steps and provided us with a spreadsheet to help track the research we are doing on the counties.  The spreadsheet is very well laid out.  The only line I added was a place for the website for each of the counties.

Without the coaching and webinars I think we would get frustrated and might get stuck from week to week.  We are very pleased with the help that is available with the John Beck program.

Overall I had a great learning Experience. Rather than just getting reading material, providing a coach was more beneficial than ever. I learned more and all my questions and concerns were answered. I'm glad to have had Pierce as a coach. If I could add something to the program, I would have both the coach and the student on the line while, the student was contacting owners so they can be critiqued at the end. I enjoyed this and am glad that I can still keep in contact if I get stuck towards the future. Great information was provided on both how to search and sell property.

Well my comment this week is not good!  i was feeling comfortable prior to the coaching session this week and now not so much.  I think that since we as the ""student"" is held to all kinds of requirements to receive our investment back then you should be held to the same and that is this. Don’t change coaches on a person in the middle of the program!  The first coach that called me had me ready to cancel the whole program, actually I was in the middle of the cancellation but my mentor called and asked if he got me a better coach would I stay. My answer was yes, now that coach is moving on and looming in the next session is a new coach.  I don’t know if it will be good or bad but switching is never easy, new boss, new sports coach it doesn’t matter usually things get worse for a bit and then level out so we will see.  But if he is anything like my first coach I will be very unhappy.

I began this adventure on September 26, 2008 after speaking with William and Eric. William said that John Beck owned property and the vault had property in my area for me to learn with- well I live in California and there is no John Beck owned property in the vault for my area. William also said one goal of John Beck's is for the student to never pay on the credit card money used to enroll in the coaching. His words were 'after the first 3 weeks if I do not make a deal that will pay off the $7,685 then he (William) will assist me in obtaining a 0 percent credit card to transfer the money to it so I will have another 30 days before a payment is due.' Well, the bill is on my desk and the payment is due November 10th. Can someone provide this assistance?
My student advisor was scheduled to call on Monday September 29th but she did not call. I called Eric and he found out that the student advisor had an emergency. Never did receive that call.

My coach Leslee Gurney has been great. She keeps her appointments even when she is ill. She has vast knowledge and I am learning from her. But I do have a few problems but not with her.

1. Since I live in California the help hotline is hard to access, when I get home from work the hotline is closed due to the time difference.

2. I chose a list from the vault 3 weeks ago but it is still grey- I am unable to access it. Can it be removed and not counted against my 1 enhanced list?
3. When I originally purchased the John Beck program I purchased the vault for 6 months- these months started in July 2008, I did not access the vault until I purchased the coaching. When I accessed the vault my customer number from the original purchase in July worked not my new customer number. Can my 6 months be added on to the end of my 3 months beginning September 30, 2008?
4. I was told I could return the package I purchased in July for a full credit, is this true? If so where do I send it or who do I contact.

I want to thank Williams Kelso for granting me a scholarship, I appreciate the help. I have a husband on the liver transplant list and I need to keep open funds on my credit card to be ready for that call.

At this time I must say that I have become more informed than ever about tax foreclosures and the ease of traveling the web to different sites.
Leslie is very well spoken when explaining a new venue and I am looking forward to a purchase before the end of Nov.08.
I must say that the sites I have been on in the short time I have been involved have been more than addictive, I only wish I could organize my time a little better so I can search longer.

I am in the men’s wear business & catering with the family so you can see by just the time of the year I have a limited amount of time, but I will continue to commit my 12 to 15 hours per week, just to get more knowledgeable of the sites, counties and the process of this program.
Look out in 2009!!!

I continue to look forward to my coaching sessions on Wednesday's, and again I must mention that Leslie has been more than fair with explaining that some times there just is not enough time in a day to go over everything, but we do complete each weeks session on a high note.

I think it would be helpful to have the Session Review Email prior to the actual Coaching Session. I could be better prepared to utilize the limited time available.

I find the program interesting. However for me 9 coaching sessions of a 1/2 hr each is not enough. It seems like we just get started and Rick is saying, ""Darlene I have to go."" It is barely enough time to answer questions let alone cover new information. I kind feel like I left hanging. I know there is a hot line for questions and I have used it. However being lead by the hand to me means more personal contact! I am haveing trouble finding states/counties that have online bidding or absentee bidding. I can't travel to sales that are not in my area.
I am still trying!

I thought Scott knows what he is doing and is a good coach but I am still at ground zero.  I didn't really realize how much computer work is involved and I am not computer person at all.  I'm sure I will get somewhere someday but right now, I still feel very frustrated and overwhelmed.
