We really appreciate our coach, Scott Heninger, who has given us a lot of good direction and support as we have been learning the John Beck method of buying tax sale properties.  He has encouraged us in a step-by-step way.  We now have a very good idea of what to do to accomplish our goals, and a good understanding of how to research and do due diligence before making a purchase.

We have very much appreciated the Webinars you have provided.  They have gone into a lot of the details of the business that are too time-consuming for our weekly coaching sessions.  Thanks also for putting them online so we can refer to them again.  It's good to hear the actual experiences of the coaching staff as they have followed the same methods they are teaching us.  Hearing some of the same subjects taught more than once is a great help in getting the concepts drilled into our heads.

I have two concerns that have bothered me.  First, the booklet that comes in the original kit (from the infomercial) entitled ""Amazing Profits"" is generally very helpful.  It gave us a pretty clear idea of what the procedures are for tax lien and tax deed states.  However, it is quite out of date and needs to be re-written for the states that have made major changes in their tax sale laws.

The second item of concern is more troubling for me.  We received our original kit (ordered from the infomercial), but did not begin studying it right away.  Later on, a salesman called to get us interested in the John Beck Success Team, which required a substantial tuition.  Part of the tuition was to cover a proprietary software package, Prop Stream, which he explained was going to be a most important and helpful part of our training.  This software was supposed to be valued at around $2000.  At first, I was surprised to hear that it was so expensive.  When I hesitated, the salesman offered to sell us the education without the software.  When I talked with him on his second call, he said he could sell us the education without the software, but that we would be at a great disadvantage without it.  So I agreed to go ahead and pay the entire tuition.  This software seemed to be a great selling point for the salesman and he pushed it hard.  However, when we received our Success Team kit, there was no mention of software and none arrived.  When I called about it, I was told that that software was obsolete and not used in the program anymore.  Our coach also said it was not used or recommended.  I was very displeased that I was sold something that was not delivered, and was not, in fact, needed for the program.  I don't think the salesman was being completely honest with me.  I sincerely hope that the John Beck group will be cognizant of what their salesmen are telling prospective clients and update their talking points to reflect what the client will actually receive for their tuition.  We were sold the John Beck Success Team program at the end of July 2008 and began our coaching sessions the first week of August 2008, so it has not been very long since the salesman called us originally.  Please make sure that your salesmen are accurately describing the program and you will have happier clients.

We started off very shakey due to the lack of computer experience we have.  We felt very lost and overwhelmed.
Things have been much better since we attended the seminar in Las Vegas and now have our new coach Scott Heninger.

We have progressed a great deal with Scott's help and are planning on attending our first auction in 3 weeks.  We do feel that 10 weeks of coaching is not nearly enough time to cover all the information and the process of buying property and then reselling it. 

We feel we are on our way and will make it.

I talked to Scott the other night about how I have a hard time finding something in my price range & still around for auction. I also want to buy in my area for my first time to be more comfortable. I decided about six years ago to never live paycheck to paycheck ever again & have been living within my means. But I know that I need to get past this safe feeling and try something that will lead to even more security. Scott and I talked about a plan to get thing going. Also I have only had Scott for three sessions.
